Date: Thursday, January 16, 2020
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Join the City of Novato Sustainability Program and community partner Sustainable Novato for a free screening of the documentary Minimalism! How might your life be richer, fuller and freer with less? Minimalism is a documentary about the many approaches to minimalism by taking the audience inside the lives of minimalists from all walks of life-families, entrepreneurs, architects, artists, journalists, scientists, and even a former Wall Street broker-all of whom are striving to live a meaningful, joyful life with less. This light-hearted, funny, interesting, and though-provoking film is a must see for anyone looking for some inspiration on how to live a richer life while also reducing waste and consumption.
Doors open at 6:00pm and the screening will start at 6:30pm.
The event is FREE to attend, but pre-registration is recommended and available online. All attendees will be entered into a raffle, and ten lucky winners will receive a copy of one of the following books: Minimalism: Live a Meaningful Life, Everything That Remains, The More of Less.
