Originally created by Vivien Straus and co-facilitated with her brother Michael Straus as an early project of the Marin Economic Forum, the Cheese Trail has grown into a full resource for California artisan cheese: an interactive cheesemaker map, a cheese directory, event listings, and a guide to the nearest cheese shops.
