Vin Antico's theme "where passion meets the plate," showcases the bounty of local farmers by bringing to the table dishes made up of local, organic, and sustainable ingredients. Offering seasonal market inspired cuisine such as stone oven baked flat breads, hand-made pasta, organic salads and dishes that meld the familiar with the new. A signature dish includes DG Langley Farms Pork Loin Chop with Candy Cap Mushroom Bread Pudding, Green Beans, and Apricot Brandy Jus.
Set in a beautiful old brick building, the kitchen is open to the dining room and chefs counter seating is available. The Wine Bar offers local and sustainable beer & wine, featuring the offerings of local vintners such as Pey Marin, Canihan Family Cellars, Anthill Farms, Frank Family and B. Kosuge.
