17 Throckmorton Avenue
Mill Valley, CA 94941
Originally built in the mid-1940s, with bricks from the 1906 San Francisco earthquake and rail ties from Mt. Tam’s gravity trains, El Paseo is a soulful and authentic example of California Mission-Style architecture.
El Paseo’s culinary team has created a menu featuring the bounty of Marin County’s farmers and ranchers and those efforts and attention to high quality ingredients have been recognized by both the press and the public. Every year since opening in 2011 El Paseo has been listed as a San Francisco Chronicle Top 100 Bay Area Restaurant and has received a coveted “3-stars” from San Francisco Chronicle food editor, Michael Bauer.
El Paseo’s wine list has also received multiple awards from Wine Spectator, as well as being very highly rated by the Zagat’s Survey.
El Paseo embodies the quintessential essence of Mill Valley, and offers a magical and memorable setting, with elegance and classic style. For private events, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
