At Tomales Bay Expeditions our goal is to ensure that your experience on the water is both safe and satisfying. We offer various kayak rental options from our launch location at the Tomales Bay Resort, located near Point Reyes National Seashore; this region is best known for its natural beauty and diversity in plants and wildlife. Whether you plan to spend a few hours or a few days, this is a great starting point.

We offer kayak rentals and guided day and night kayak tours. We are also here to help with paddle events, whether it’s a picnic, birthday, or boat-in camping trip. While no prior experience is required to partake in these endeavors, first time paddlers and those new to the area may consider a guided tour.

We take pride in maintaining the quality of our kayaks and equipment. Our rental fleet consists of open deck double and single kayaks hand selected to match the conditions on the bay. PFDs and paddles are included with each rental.

Hours of Operation:  Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm and Saturday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm
