Restaurateur Bill Higgins and East Brother Beer Co. have joined forces to create Tam Tavern—a lively new Mill Valley spot where elevated pub fare meets award-winning craft beer. With chef-driven menus, rotating taps, and craft cocktails, it’s the perfect blend of food, drink, and community at the foot of Mount Tam. 

Bib Gourmand Chef Michael Siegal’s menu is designed to pair with every pint and cocktail with Bavarian pretzels, bratwurst and schnitzel, beer-battered fish & chips, smashburgers, crisp salads, and wood-fired pizzas.  Menu Here

Behind the bar, we have 10-15 rotating taps showcasing mostly German and English-style brews – think crisp Bo Pils and Mexican lagers, rich oatmeal stouts, dark Bavarian lagers, and even a malty Belgian Tripel.    Beer takes center stage in the cocktail program too, with inventive shandies and beer-infused riffs on classics like the Old Fashioned, alongside a full bar of timeless favorites.

With big screens for game days, shuffleboard and darts in the game room, and a spacious outdoor beer garden complete with fire pits, Tam Tavern is a true gathering place.
