Tomales Bay, on the coast of Northern California, is our home where we grow, harvest, shuck and share great oysters. We began oyster farming in 1983 with the goal of raising the best quality, sustainable shellfish in a beautiful location.
Our Traveling Oyster Bars are a perfect fit for celebrations of all nature and size including weddings, wineries, cocktail parties, and company events. We offer a turnkey service complete with a traveling shucking station, oysters, ice, lemons, our signature Hog Wash mignonette, and a professional Hog Island shuckmaster who will thrill you with their knowledge and passion for bivalves. Hog Island Traveling Oyster Bars serve only oysters, raw or bbq. We are not equipped to accommodate full food services, but we do play nice alongside other caterers. Treat yourself and your friends!
