Sound Summit Returns to Mount Tam

Experience an unforgettable day of live music at Sound Summit, the annual mountaintop music festival held at the historic Mountain Theater on Mount Tamalpais. This year's lineup features Father John Misty performing with his full band, along with Guster, Jerry Harrison's 50 Years of Talking Heads, La Luz, and Angeline Saris & The Snack Machine.
Beyond the music, Sound Summit offers breathtaking views, local food and beverages, and a one-of-a-kind outdoor concert experience in one of Marin County's most iconic settings. Produced by Roots & Branches Conservancy, the festival supports the preservation of Mount Tamalpais State Park, with proceeds benefiting trail restoration, historic preservation, fire prevention, visitor services, and other vital park initiatives.
General admission is $149.50 for adults, $74.75 for children ages 12 and under, and free for children ages 2 and under. Reserved mountain parking is available for $75, and round-trip shuttle service from Mill Valley is available for $35.
