Celebrate California Biodiversity Week

Celebrate California Biodiversity Week with Friends of China Camp during a family-friendly nature ramble along Turtle Back Trail. Explore the many habitats found throughout China Camp while learning about the plants, wildlife, birds, and other species that call the park home.
Natural history volunteers will lead a lively conversation along the way, encouraging participants to bring their nature questions and curiosity. Cameras, binoculars, scopes, and sketch pads are also welcome to help capture whatever you discover.
The walk follows an easy, mostly flat, ¾-mile ADA-accessible trail and is recommended for ages 7 and older. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
The event is free for Friends of China Camp members, with a $5 donation appreciated for non-members.
