Cake Decorating with Chef Dave Leyva at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Learn the art of cake decorating in this hands-on class led by Chef Dave. Guests will learn how to make silky Italian buttercream, master a smooth crumb coat and professional finish, practice piping borders and flowers, and explore the basics of mirror glaze.
Participants will take home their own decorated single-layer cake, a basic cake decorating kit, and recipes for Italian buttercream and mirror glaze.
Admission is $95 per person. Reservations close September 18, 2026.
