Step by Step Sushi with Richard Keating at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Learn the fundamentals of sushi making in this hands-on workshop with Richard Keating of The Japanese Pantry. Discover essential techniques for preparing a variety of sushi rolls and traditional Japanese dishes while exploring ingredient sourcing, preparation, and the principles of washoku, Japan's celebrated culinary tradition. Participants will prepare and enjoy Kombu Salad, Inari Sushi, Temaki Sushi, Chumaki Sushi, and Miso Soup, then take home recipes and a package of nori to continue making sushi at home.
Tickets are $100 per person. Reservations close October 22.
