Meet the Great Pumpkin with Chef Amy Brown at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Celebrate the flavors of fall with a hands-on pumpkin cooking workshop led by Chef Amy Brown of Marla Bakery. Learn how to trim, roast, purée, and safely prepare seasonal winter squash while creating Pumpkin Curry Soup, Creamy Pumpkin Hummus, and a Pumpkin Tart with Sugared Sage. Participants will also take home a pint of freshly made pumpkin purée, recipes, and enjoy a bowl of soup with Marla Bakery's signature rustic bread and a slice of pumpkin tart during class.
Tickets are $90 per person. Reservations close September 9.
