Iconic Moles of Mexico with Chef Luis Realpozo at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Discover the rich flavors and traditions of Mexico's iconic mole sauces in this hands-on cooking workshop with Chef Luis Realpozo. Learn authentic techniques for preparing three classic moles—Mole Poblano, Mole Verde, and Manchamanteles—while exploring the regional ingredients and culinary traditions that make each one unique. Participants will enjoy enchiladas with freshly prepared mole sauces during class and take home a jar of Chef Luis' signature mole.
