Master the art of authentic New York-style bagels in this hands-on baking workshop with Chef Nick Abrams. Learn the techniques for making hand-rolled bagels, bialys, homemade schmears, and flavorful toppings before enjoying a hearty bagel brunch buffet. Participants will also take home a half-dozen freshly baked bagels and a tub of Smoky Pimento Cream Cheese.
Tickets are $100 per person. Reservations close October 16.
