Join Fresh Starts Chef Events for an evening of Peruvian coastal cuisine and cocktail history with Chef Johana Leon of Ayawaska Restobar and Marin mixologist and writer Jeff Burkhart.
Guests will enjoy a curated three-course menu as Lima native Chef Johana shares the stories and influences behind dishes shaped by Peru’s diverse geography, indigenous roots, and cultural traditions. Between courses, Jeff Burkhart, author of Twenty Years Behind Bars and the award-winning “Barfly” column, will demonstrate and serve two classic cocktails: Peru’s signature Pisco Sour and the historic San Francisco Pisco Punch.
Your reservation includes dinner and beverages. Menu details will be announced closer to the event.
Individual tickets are $100 per person. Reservations close October 7, 2026.
