Perfecting Ramen at Home with Chef Marco Soto at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Discover the secrets of restaurant-quality ramen during this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Marco Soto, Head Chef at The Key Room.
Learn a shortcut for creating a rich, flavorful broth in just one hour and master the art of handmade ramen noodles. Build your own steaming bowl with tender Pork Belly Chashu, marinated soft-boiled eggs, handmade noodles, vegetables, and spicy chili oil.
Enjoy your ramen in class, then take home a quart of ramen broth and step-by-step instructions so you can recreate the dish for family and friends.
Tickets are $95 per person. Reservations close November 5. Please note that dietary requests cannot be accommodated for this hands-on event.
