A Whole Latke Love with Chef Matt Shapiro at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Learn the secrets to the perfect latke during this hands-on cooking class with Chef Matt Shapiro. Make crispy, golden potato latkes seasoned with onion, then go beyond the classic with Sweet Potato Latkes, Zucchini Parmesan Latkes, and Beet Latkes topped with feta and dill.
Explore an assortment of toppings, from classic sour cream and house-made applesauce to caviar, crème fraîche, and dill. You'll also make homemade crème fraîche and a quick Gravenstein applesauce to accompany your creations.
Take home a jar of Gravenstein applesauce and a tub of house-made crème fraîche to enjoy with your future latkes.
Tickets are $95 per person. Reservations close November 12. Please note that dietary requests cannot be accommodated for this hands-on event.
