Celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month at China Camp

Join the Friends of China Camp for a vibrant Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month celebration in the historic China Camp Village.
Presented in partnership with California State Parks, this special event brings the community together for a day of culture, history, and connection. Guests can enjoy captivating lion dancers, engaging speakers, and hands-on crafts for kids, along with opportunities to connect with local organizations including the Marin Chinese Cultural Association, Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation, Angel Island State Park, Marin History Museum, the National Estuarine Research Reserve, and more.
Visitors can also take part in a special walking tour of the historic village led by Milton Quan, one of the last remaining residents of China Camp Village, offering a unique and personal perspective on the area’s rich history.
