Learn techniques behind classic and contemporary ceviche, explore plant-based interpretations, and discover what gives a traditional Spanish gazpacho its unmistakable balance and depth.

About the instructor: Chef Luis hails from the Yucatán and has been cooking and teaching at Homeward Bound for over 20 years. Known for his approachable teaching style and deep culinary knowledge, he brings warmth, precision, and a passion for fresh, flavorful food to every class.
Tickets are $100 per person. Reservations close April 30, 2026.
