Wild King Salmon with Chef Roberth Sundell at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Learn how to fillet, skin, pin-bone, and prepare Wild King Salmon with Chef Roberth Sundell of Petaluma’s acclaimed Stockhome restaurant.
During this hands-on culinary workshop, Chef Sundell will demonstrate the process of butchering and preparing one of the Pacific Northwest’s most prized fish before guiding guests through preparing King Salmon three ways, including classic Gravlax inspired by his Swedish heritage.
Participants will make and enjoy Gravlax, Crudo, and Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet during class, and will also take home a portion of classic Gravlax with a ready-to-assemble cucumber salad.
Chef Roberth began his culinary career at the National Museum of Stockholm under a Michelin-starred chef before opening the acclaimed Scandinavian-inspired restaurants PLÄJ in San Francisco and Stockhome in Petaluma, which earned Michelin Guide “Bib Gourmand” recognition.
Tickets are $125 per person.
