Food as Medicine: Ayurveda in the Edible Garden at the Marin Art and Garden Center

Discover the wisdom of Ayurveda, the ancient Indian “Science of Life,” during a hands-on wellness workshop at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross.
Guests will explore the foundations of Ayurvedic wellness and learn practical ways to support balance and well-being through mindful routines, healing foods, and herbal remedies. The workshop includes instruction on preparing herbal teas and traditional ghee tailored to different mind-body constitutions, or doshas, while also introducing Ayurvedic metabolic principles and seasonal wellness practices for summer.
Participants will leave with practical knowledge, recipes, and tools that can be incorporated into everyday life.
