Comedy in the Plaza in Downtown Mill Valley

Comedy in the Plaza returns to Mill Valley for 2026 with an evening of laughter under the summer sky. Hosted by the Mill Valley Arts Commission, this free event takes place on Thursday, June 25 at the Mill Valley Downtown Plaza. Guests are invited to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks and settle in for a fun and relaxed night of live comedy.
This year’s lineup features an impressive group of comedians from across the country:
Bo Johnson – A Seattle-based comedian whose debut special Two Sailboats was released in 2025, with appearances on Netflix Is a Joke Radio, Comedy Central, Hulu, and Just For Laughs.
Patrick McDermott – A Bay Area favorite known for his clean, semi-absurdist style, with performances at the Improv, Punch Line, and Cinequest Festival.
Caleb Elliott – A rising national talent and one of the youngest comedians to release a Dry Bar Comedy special, with appearances on the Opry Network and Nateland Presents.
Wendy Liebman – A comedy veteran with appearances on Carson, Letterman, Leno, Fallon, and more, along with multiple HBO, Comedy Central, and Showtime specials.
Hosted by Pedro Gonzalez – An internationally touring comedian and the first Latino immigrant to perform on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
With a mix of established names and rising stars, Comedy in the Plaza offers a lively, community-centered night of entertainment in the heart of Mill Valley.
