Explore "Surf, Skate, Street" at the Marin Civic Center Art Gallery, an exhibition celebrating the creative cultures of surfing, skateboarding, and street art through dynamic works rooted in movement, individuality, and self-expression.
On view in the Civic Center’s 1st Floor Gallery, the exhibition brings together local artists alongside artists from the San Quentin Rehabilitation Center, highlighting how surf, skate, and graffiti cultures have shaped a bold visual language inspired by coastlines, city streets, and community identity.
Through works that blur the line between sport and art, "Surf, Skate, Street" examines themes of freedom, rebellion, creativity, and innovation across generations and communities.
The exhibition will be on view from May 14 through September 24, 2026 from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday.
