Learn about artisan cheese and seasonal recipes with Tamara Hicks, co-owner of Tomales Farmstead Creamery and co-author of the 2025 cookbook Feasts on the Farm.
Tamara Hicks and her husband, David Jablons, have operated Toluma Farms since 2003, producing artisan cheeses and offering educational experiences centered around sustainable farm life with their herds of sheep and goats. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a menu highlighting local cheeses and seasonal ingredients while hearing from one of West Marin’s active leaders in agriculture and food culture.
The Feasts on the Farm cookbook features 60 recipes inspired by seasonal cooking, including dishes such as Farmers Panzanella Salad, along with ideas for creating summer cheese boards and winter seafood platters.
Tickets are $100 per person and include dinner and two glasses of wine, if desired, to accompany the meal.
