California Artisan Cheese with Jennifer Luttrell at the Community Teaching Kitchen

Finish the week with an evening celebrating farm-fresh artisan cheese with Jennifer Luttrell, executive chef of The Fork at Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Company.
Guests will learn how to create crowd-pleasing cheeseboards while exploring what makes the region a destination for handcrafted cheese production. Throughout the class, participants will prepare custom cheeseboards with delicious accompaniments, including pickled grapes, and enjoy wine pairings selected to complement locally produced cheeses.
Participants will make and enjoy fresh cheeses and charcuterie with wine pairings during class and will take home a custom-made cheeseboard featuring Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese and seasonal garnishes.
Jennifer Luttrell has served as executive chef at The Fork since 2011, leading cooking and tasting experiences for guests visiting the renowned farmstead creamery.
Tickets are $85 per person.
