Frank Lloyd Wright Civic Center Tour (Every Wednesday and Friday)

Go behind the scenes of one of Frank Lloyd Wright's architectural masterpieces during a docent-led tour of the Marin County Civic Center.
Designed by renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright and completed in 1957, the Marin County Civic Center is Wright's only realized government building and one of the final major works of his celebrated career. During this 90-minute walking tour, guests will gain exclusive access to the Marin County Board of Supervisors Chambers and private balcony, view Wright-designed custom furnishings built by inmates at San Quentin's wood shop, and learn the fascinating history behind the creation of this iconic landmark.
Tours are offered every Wednesday at 1:00 pm and Friday at 10:30 am. Pre-purchased tickets are required.
Tickets are $18 for adults and $10 for seniors (65+), full-time students, and youth ages 5–17. All fees are included.
Guests should be prepared to walk approximately one mile and stand for the duration of the 90-minute tour.
