Join Fresh Starts Chef Events for an evening with Steve Sando, founder of Rancho Gordo and author of the bestselling cookbook The Bean Book.
Widely credited with bringing heirloom beans into the national culinary spotlight, Steve Sando will share his passion for traditional and rare bean varieties through a special chef-prepared dinner inspired by his acclaimed recipes. Guests will enjoy an unforgettable meal while learning about the history, cultivation, and versatility of heirloom beans from one of the country's leading experts.
Your reservation includes dinner and up to two glasses of wine. Menu details will be announced closer to the event.
Individual tickets are $100 per person. Tables for four, six, and eight guests are also available for $400, $600, and $800, respectively. Reservations close August 12, 2026.
