Guided Tour and Cheese Tasting at Nicasio Valley Cheese Company

Come on out and be welcomed by one of our founding family members, Rick or Scott Lafranchi, who will give you a rundown of our family ranch and creamery history. Then, drive up to the family house for an overview and explanation of the family dairy operation. Next we will lead a tasting of 6 of our award winning cheeses. Finally, Jeremy Catrambone, our head cheesemaker will share our cheesemaking process and answer any questions you may have.
Personnel may be substituted depending on availability. Cheese tastings are offered from every Friday and Saturday from April to September from 10:00am to 11:30am.
