Yoga Flow for Runners and Hikers with Uli K

90 Minute special Yoga workshop with fun music especially designed for Runners and Hikers. We will warm up with some Vinyasa Flows and then focus on specific postures that will target flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, and mental focus. You will walk away with heightened body awareness and a list of effective stretches and exercises that will set you on the path of continued recovery habits that are easy and effective. Space is limited.
