You're invited to attend The Cheese School of San Francisco's annual Master Class series! The School hosts these classes around the Fancy Food Show when San Francisco is host to some of cheese's most respected producers, importers, and agers. Tonight we welcome Manuel Maia of Tradifoods. If you've heard of Portguese cheese, it's because of Manuel. In this class, he'll discuss thistle renneted cheeses. Common in Portugal, but much rarer elsewhere, these cheese have a unique place in the library of cheese.
