You're invited to attend The Cheese School of San Francisco's annual Master Class series! The School hosts these classes around the Fancy Food Show when San Francisco is host to some of cheese's most respected producers, importers, and agers. Tonight we welcome Anne Saxelby of Saxelby Cheesemongers in New York. Anne's little shop has had an enormous effect on the cheese scene of New York and is one of the industry's finest mongers and distributors. She's recently collaborated with the Cellars of Jasper Hill on an Alpine-style cheese coated in hay called Calderwood. Anne will survey the landscape of Alpine and Alpine-style cheeses from Europe's highest peaks to the pastures of Wisconsin.
Cost: $55
Registration for this series is available online. Please note, this class offers two ticket types. If you are in the industry, please select *industry* and list your company in the "order notes" section.
