Make Your Own Kimchi with Chef Jee Kim at University of Redlands, San Francisco Theological Seminary Campus

You are invited to join your neighbors and friends for a cozy night learning to make traditional Korean kimchi, followed by a traditional Korean family-style dinner prepared by Bay Area Korean-American Chef Jee Kim of Jee’s Kimchi.
MINGLE & LEARN Join Chef Kim as she shares her traditional Korean family recipes and learn about the probiotic health benefits of kimchi. Following her demonstration, roll up your sleeves and make your own batch with help from the expert.
FEAST AWAY Once you’ve worked up an appetite, sit down to a classic Korean family-style dinner featuring Kimchi Chigae (hearty tofu kimchi stew) and “banchan” (multiple traditional side dishes) at a cozy communal table in the Shaw Guest House kitchen.
FRESH & LOCAL All ingredients are certified organic or naturally grown and seasonally sourced. Beverages will be available, but feel free to bring your own wine, beer, or soju to share with others and enjoy with the meal. We encourage you to bring your own apron as well!
COST: $110 per person includes your own jar of kimchi and a family style dinner and beverages
