While it’s two centuries too late to join the revolution, we can certainly celebrate France’s most triumphant contributions to food culture. Cheese expert Janet Fletcher will lead you in a tasting of French cheeses: everything from the deeply traditional to the cutting edge. (But please, leave your guillotines at home).
