Just in time for the holidays, learn how to make both savory and sweet gluten-free recipes (cookies, cake, bread and even a soufflé!) in this informative and fun hands-on class.

Your day will also include a walking farm tour, focused cheese tasting, and a sit-down multi-course lunch, which will include your wonderful gluten-free creations!
