Join us at The Cheese School of San Francisco's Cheese + Charcuterie Class. "You say salami, I say salumi." Come learn the difference between the two and meet Italy’s finest carnivorous creations. Instructor Vanessa Chang will introduce you to a variety of American and Italian artisan cheese and charcuterie. All the while you’ll learn principles for pairing and wash your education down with some friendly wines.
