AIM invites you to Dine Out Farmers Market Week featuring local restaurants that highlight the bounty from the Bay Area and California farms by using fresh and seasonal ingredients. The week of August 4-10, is National Farmers Market week and the Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM) is celebrating with a group of restaurants who source locally produced food and shop the farmers market each week. During Dine Out Week, selected Bay Area restaurants will feature a farmers-market inspired menu or a featured menu item highlighting local ingredients.
