Join us at Audobon Canyon Ranch's Nature Exploration, Magnificent Save: The Story of the Preserve, to learn about the amazing conservation history of Audobon Canyon Ranch and West Marin.
Martin Griffin Preserve is open for exploration every Saturday from May 5 to July 28! Experience Audobon Canyon Ranch's Martin Griffin Preserve which encompasses 1,000 acres in West Marin, protected in perpetuity since 1962 as a wildlife sanctuary. Explore mixed evergreen forests that blanket slopes overlooking the Bolinas Lagoon and open hillsides supporting grasslands and coastal scrub, while freshwater habitats nestle in canyon floors. The preserve is home to more than twentyfive species of mammals, over ninety species of landbirds, thirteen species of reptile, and eight species of amphibian.
