The Cheese School of San Francisco invites you to their European Cheese 101 Class with instructor Liz Rubin! For those of you who have never met a cheese you didn’t like but still don’t know the difference between Comte and Stilton, look no further than European Cheese 101. This class will help you hone your palate and have you snobbing it up with your local cheesemonger on your next visit to the cheese counter. You’ll experience what is truly extraordinary and rare in fine cheese and learn of how they get that way.

The Cheese School of San Francisco is located at Folsom Street between 17th and 18th streets in the Mission. The school's official address is 2124 Folsom Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. The school shares a courtyard with Stable Cafe and Lila B. Design.There is a parking lot located just over a block from the school at 17th and Shotwell Streets. Additionally, the immediate neighborhood has unrestricted street parking (please remember to lock your doors and stash valuables). The school is about a 7-minute walk from the 16th Street Mission BART station.
