Join us at The Cheese School of San Francisco's Back to the Basics: Gateway Cheeses Class! Liz Thorpe, renowned cheese expert and author, joins us at The Cheese School for a special tasting event centered around "gateway cheeses." In this class, you'll taste two versions of a cheese; one more approachable and one with more character that will illuminate the vast spectrum of flavors and nuance in a single style of cheese. If you're looking to broaden your horizons and taste some stellar selections, this is the class for you! Be sure to come hungry and bring all of your burning cheese questions.
Cost: $55 per person
Note: There are two ticket types for this course. Option one is a single seat in the class, option two is a seat plus a signed copy of Liz's new book The Book of Cheese. Books will also be available for purchase after class.
