The Cheese School of San Francisco invites you to their class Cheeses and Wine of Northern Italy. In the mountains of Northern Italy, these provinces are rich in both finance and formaggi. You can taste the wealth that this bountiful and diverse area generates. The cheese will be paired with a selection of Italy's wide variety of wine presented by The Cheese School's wine buyer Liz Rubin.
