Piazza D'Angelo invites you to experience our guest chef's special pre-fixe dinner menu. We are teaming up with our dear friend Chef Travis Day, owner of Thistle Meats, for a special culinary event on Wednesday, March 21. Chef Day will be preparing a delicious seasonal farm-to-table menu highlighting local produce from the Bay Area including his own meats from his Petaluma butcher shop.
About Chef Day: After spending time in some of the Bay Area’s finest kitchens, Owner / Butcher / Chef Travis Day of Thistle Meats in Petaluma now cooks menus that reflects what is being ranched and farmed in our neighboring Marin and Sonoma County communities. With a focus on seasonal ingredients and whole animal butchery, Chef Travis uses simple, clean flavors to create inspired dishes.
