Join us for this engaging panel discussion and interactive food and wine pairing featuring Organic Farmer and Cheesemaker Rick LaFranchi of Nicasio Cheese Company, Chef, Nutritionist, Author, and Fermentation Expert Karen Diggs of Kraut Source, and McEvoy Ranch Winemaker Byron Kosuge.
The Chat begins in the Victorian Room where Jacquelyn Buchanan, our Culinary Queen Bee, will lead the panel in topics covering health benefits, techniques, and the cultural aspects of fermentation with plenty of opportunity for audience participation. A sit-down, guided tasting in the Pavilion will expose you to a variety of cheeses, fermented products, and wine and how they interact with each other.
