Farmshop Marin starts each dish with a connection, both on the plate and in the kitchen, honoring the hard work behind it. Join Jeff Cerciello and Brian Reimer of Farmshop along with Josh Schwartz of Del Dotto Vineyards for dinner on June 26th. These three longtime friends and former chefs with the Thomas Keller Group will come together to bring guests on a culinary journey, interlaced with the stories of local purveyors.
This dinner will highlight sustainable fish and caviar from Passmore Ranch, The Duck Man from Liberty Farms Sonoma County Poultry, Mindful Meats from Marin Sun Farms, along with a curated selection of Del Dotto wines that will be paired with each course. The event begins with passed canapés at 6:45pm, followed by a four course seated dinner at 7:30pm. We welcome you to a memorable evening honoring friendship, and a collective dedication to quality ingredients.
