Color is a powerful visual tool. In both representational or abstract art, color can be used to express an emotion, to engage the viewer, or simply for its beauty. This exhibit will explore how artists create a unique voice through their use of color. "Color Works" is juried by Danielle Fox of SLATE Art in Oakland, and features the work of 50 MarinMOCA Artist Members.

The exhibit is free to the public and on view through Sunday, September 16.

Youth Poster Contest Exhibition: Showing concurrently in the Ron Collins Gallery are the winning entries for this year's  "Youth Poster Contest," produced by Bruce Burtch in conjunction with the Marin County Office of Education.
