The Clubhouse at Peacock Gap is pleased to continue the tradition of Easter Brunch for your family and friends. Relax and let our talented Chef and attentive staff take care of everything while your children enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny and a Easter Egg Hunt on the lawn.

Buffet Menu

Seasonal Fresh Fruit and Freshly Baked Scones and Muffins with whipped butter and house made preserves

Omelet Station:  Chef-Prepared Omelets and Eggs made fresh to order with a selection of seasonal vegetables, local meats and shredded artisan cheeses and Scrambled Farm Fresh Eggs

Brioche French Toast with butter and maple syrup

Sage Pork Sausage and Applewood Smoked Bacon and Breakfast Potatoes

Fresh Salads

Iced Fresh Seafood:  Oysters on the Half Shell, Chilled Prawns with cocktail, mignonette and tartar sauces, garnished with fresh lemons

Carving Station:  Honey-Glazed Ham, Prime Rib of Beef with grain mustard and horseradish cream

Grilled Fresh Salmon Filet with pesto, tomato and fresh basil

Butternut Squash Ravioli with white wine cream sauce

Mashed Potatoes with gravy
