Plan a Day on the Bay

Nothing says romance more than a private sail on the bay. Gather no more than 12 of your closest and most loved "family" members and set out on the water for a three- hour chartered tour on the Schooner Freda B. Soak up the sights, including the iconic Golden Gate Bridge and the glittering San Francisco skyline as you make a toast to l-o-v-e. Launching departures are from Marin County’s Sausalito Yacht Harbor, San Francisco's Pier 40, and in Richmond. Please call for details.

Hike a "Sweetheart Trail" to a Beach

Heart's Desire Beach - sounds pretty romantic, yes? Located just north of Inverness in Tomales Bay State Park, Heart's Desire is considered to be the HEART of the park. With warm beach waters and a sheltered cove, couples can walk hand-in-hand along the shore to take in a sunset view over the water or just watch some local wildlife. It has a grass area to spread out on and picnic tables as well to make spending an afternoon more romantic.
