One of the great things about Marin in the summer and fall is the plentitude of free music performances and movie showings. Pack a picnic and a couple of lawn chairs and enjoy the unique ambiance of Marin while watching free entertainment to your heart’s content.

San Rafael

Through September 7, free movies are screened at outdoor venues throughout Marin, including San Rafael’s Peacock Gap Park and China Camp, Fairfax’s Central Field and San Anselmo’s Creek Park.
